Delivery Guide
This guide provides an overview of the procedures and price structure we use for delivering your order. Please note that these points generally apply to deliveries to the United Kingdom mainland only. Deliveries to the more remote areas of the UK, and overseas, are dealt with differently and this is noted in the appropriate sections.
All our framed prints are wrapped in plastic then inserted into custom-made boxes, with reinforced corners and foam pads. You can see an example at: http://packaframe.co.uk/page14a.html
Prints are rolled into standard heavy-duty card tubes with plastic caps at both ends.
Custom-made frames and mounts
Our standard delivery charge for custom-made framed prints is £14.50. If the order is only a print, it's £4.50.
If you order more than one item, and because you are ordering through Paypal, it is necessary to charge P&P across a number of purchase price bands as follows:
Orders between £151 - £301.99 P&P £29.00
Orders between £302 - £459.99 P&P £43.50
Orders between £453 - £599.99 P&P £58.00
Orders over £600 to be quoted (please call 07966 258093 before purchasing)
These charges are for packing and overnight courier to mainland UK addresses. Delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands is handled separately. Overseas delivery
An individual quotation is given for each overseas delivery. Please e-mail us at crackedit_aol.com.
Golfphotostore Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we ensure that all goods are inspected before posting. In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty or damaged product, you should notify Golfphotostore in writing within 3 days of receipt. You can contact us by email via crackedit_aol.com or by post to:
Golfphotostore, 1 Wayside, Chertsey Road, Windlesham, Surrey GU20 6HT.
Faulty and damaged products will be replaced free of charge and Golfphotostore will reimburse your return postal costs. Photographic evidence of damage may be required.
Cancellations Policy
All products sold on this website are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, unless a mistake was made after we took your order in the printing, mounting and framing stages (e.g. wrong colour mount).
Cancellations of orders are only accepted within 3 days of the date of order and must be submitted in writing via email to crackedit_aol.com or by post to: Cancellations Dept, Golfphotostore, 1 Wayside, Chertsey Road, Windlesham, Surrey GU20 6HT.
If you wish to cancel your purchased item within 7 days of making your order and you have already received your purchase, it must be returned to: Returns and Cancellations Dept, Golfphotostore, 1 Wayside, Chertsey Road, Windlesham, Surrey GU20 6HT.
The item must be returned in perfect condition using appropriate packaging to ensure its safe arrival at Golfphotostore. Any returns are inspected on receipt and we regret that refunds cannot be issued if the goods are found to be damaged. We will refund the total amount paid for the goods (including VAT), less the original delivery charges (and/or collection charges) within 14 days of receiving the returned cancelled product.
If you wish to return unwanted goods we strongly advise you to send your package by registered post or courier with sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit on return.
